Credit Card not valid
I have a booking with a credit card that is not working. The customer did not updated the Credit Card info upon request and this ended in a no-show. The customer does not take calls nor answers messages.
Am I still able to receive a payment for the booking (first night payment as per our T&Cs)?

Unfortunately you have no way of getting the payment if card if invalid.
If need be contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

..thank you for your help! ...I remember finding this issue some years ago and it's sad to see that it has not been fixed. Though there was enough money in time to change the interface...
