We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Credit card payment

Hi, I live on Argentina and have my apartment on uruguay

At the moment people rent it and they must pay on cash at the moment they arribe. I also don't have any warranty that they will actually show up. Only check their profile and maybe call them

Some people also prefer to pay me by credit card. There is any way that they can pay me with it?

Of course guest can pay you in various method. It depend on you which type of payment that you can accept. And you set it on Booking.com extranet.

Hi, here’s what you need to do:

1. Go to the ‘Property’ tab in the extranet and click on ‘Policies’.
2. Under ‘Guest payment options’ you can select whether or not you accept credit or debit cards.
3. If you select ‘Yes’, you can choose which cards are accepted. If you select ‘No’, you are indicating that you only accept cash payments.
4. Remember to save any changes.

If you don't have a way to process credit cards, you can apply for Payments by Booking.com and choose to be paid via a Virtual Card, we then can help you process those virtual cards, therefore you will have full security for all of your bookings and you never have to worry about collecting payments.
