We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Credit card with pre-autorisation

Hello,

We want to add Credit card with pre-autorisation to our bookings.

We have only one question about this.

The guests will pay us at arivail either in cash or via swipe (credit card or debit card), the question is who will release the Credit card pre-autorisation and when will this be done?

I don't use Credit card so unable to help with query but it does seem quite specific, so I would email the booking.com help team using Inbox at Extranet.  Have you considered letting booking.com handle all the payments for you?  I have found this to be a lot more reliable.  but it isn't available in all areas so ask the help team.
