creditcard client insufficient

Customer has cancelled but he don't have paid. Its not possible book it as "now show". We have received no money and the client don't have respond my mail.
Can you cancel the Commission for this booking

yes on the customer booking page mark the card as invalid and after 24 hrs you can cancell the booking

so no commision
