Cummission from Guest Reservation

Dear Booking.com Customer care

Kindly refer to the following information that i should inform you in advance,in order during your preparing the invoice for us for January month everthing will be correct

Booking no *** ,under name *** ***

Check in date 02 Jan 2021,Check out is 07 Jan 2021,,,,,,But guest checked in on 03 till 07 Jan ,,,so instead of having 5 night ..Guest are going to have 4 night only,,so do not charge us cummission on the first night,also if you pass through conversation with our guest on palse you will see,Guest failed to arrive on the first night due to changes of their flight date.

Message or Call BdC Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
