Customer’s payment

I just started with booking. com, I had 3 groups of customer confirmed that they already paid to booking. com via a credit card but when I asked the staff of booking. com via message, she replied these had to be paid directly at my resort. OMG, whom should I believe and how will I get my money? Some guests are back to Germany, I need to urgently contact booking. com but impossible, Can anyone here help answer please?

Go to Inbox and put your question there. You can also contact BDC both via login to the Extranet or look for home button, or ask the help desk. All in Extranet.

I hope they can help you soon!

And hope you get your money back. You can proof with your credit card account that no money has come in so that should help.

What actually happened is that you got scammed.

When guests say they pay via a credit card on Booking.com site, then you should see a Virtual Credit Card attached to the guest's booking in the extranet. If this is missing, then most certainly they haven't paid anything.

Always ask for proof of payment too.

I don't know what payment methods you've got set up, but maybe you can tell us.
