Customer no show, today I just activate Payment by Booking.com
I would like to know when I activate my Payment by Booking.com free service, the system indicate that they will start to collect payment for reservation start from 2nd Jul 2018, it mean today.
And so happened my long time not happen no show case happened today. My guest no show and no respond to any of my question, email, call etc.
Will this guest get charge by Booking.com on behalf of us?
