We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I have a problem i increase daily rates from £110 a night to £150 then added discounts for non-refund 15% . i got a booking my first booking on monday 8th june last week, the rates dropped to £80 per night.

can someone explain how that happened? this was only 4 nights at £80 per night.

Open the Calendar List View and then expand on the left the rate plans & promotions to see the rate charges ,and the breakdown.

 

Also when you open a reservation detail page, you can expand the price section to see the names of the rate plan(s), promotion names to see which were applied.

 

Also remember certain discounts stack.

I just realised what the root cause might be as they all have it in common..

The hashtag for Guest payments & finances

 

If Communities Team  could edit this and remove that hashtag , lets see if it finally moves fro m the unanswered list  :)
