Damage Deposit

Hi Everyone,

My house is set up as: Currently, your property is only eligible to accept damage deposits through cash payments. Why is this? Amy I able to change it to an online deposit? My friend who has been a member for a longer period of time is set up this way. I am not sure if I can get around this situation as I live far away from my property and will not be able to collect the deposit. Have any of you managed to get around this situation? Thank you in advance for your response
