Damage Deposit - HOW?

Hey Everyone,

Just wanting some advice on how you organise taking damage deposits when Booking.com takes care of all the other payments from the guests?

We don't currently have credit card facilities to 'hold a damage deposit' and then refund to guests after every booking. And to do this by bank transfer seems like alot of work!

Any suggestions of what we can do?

you can ask a cash deposit upon arrival, maybe is better if you write something on "important to know" space so everybody are aware of it
