Delay in being paid.
Booking.com are now into the 3rd week of a delay in paying me a significant sum for guest accommodation back in August. They are quoting a computer software problem as the cause but it hasn't stopped them taking their commission from my bank account. I am frustrated and a touch sceptical that in the 21st century it takes 3 weeks to sort out a computer, or that they can't pay me some other way.
Is anyone else in this situation?
