Delayed commissions due to COVID19

Good day

I would like to know Booking.com's stance on delaying commission payments to preserve cash flow, especially in times of closing down our hotels and needing to ensure there is money for our staff.

Same problem here. The reply I got from b.com is an extension of 9 days. Which everyone knows it's not enough. I believe that b.com should tackle properties in different countries differently. They should extend pending commission until the relevant airport in their country is open. No bookings will come in once the airport in Malta is closed.
