Did BDC send us a manual when setting up our listing?

Did we get a manual from BDC when setting up our listing?

If that is the case, why do we spend our precious time answering all those questions and BDC has paid staff galore to do this? I am getting frustrated, to be honest.

 

Of course it's fun to meet many different hosts around the globe. But if you look at the sheer work hours we have put in as hosts and as forum members, it is getting out of proportion. 

I am also frustrated by the huge amount of people who keep repeating the same questions, and especially the ones who are not getting any response from BDC help-desk after putting all their hard work in and doing everything correctly. 

I think this needs addressing. I am one of those that can't stand injustice. 

BDC has all the resources to set things up in a clear, simple and self-explanatory way. 

Anyone?

Aaltje B. very sorry to hear that you are so frustrated. I agree with you that trying to help other partners we have to spend many working and precious hours of our lives. I am also very unhappy when I hear that partners get no response from BDC. I cannot understand that at all since our local BDC office is very supporting. I am sure BDC has a very good explanation why this is happening.
Aaltje B. this time of year my property is closed so I have plenty of time to contribute in this forum. Starting from this April I will be very busy with hosting so I will unfortunately have to limit my time in the forum.

Partners in this community do their best to support other partners in their daily work life. It's great to see relationships building out of a post/comment and their need to share their knowledge on this platform.

Technology will always have a different speed from human interactions that's why we welcome and support people expressing themselves at their own pace.
