We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Didn't get the payout into bank account but received remittance advice already

We didn't get the payout into our bank account but received a piece of remittance advice already. And the commission was automatically paid.

Any help?

We get paid till 15th of each month. We receive remittance advice couple of days earlier.

We haven't received any payments as yet, but our commission was taken out automatically, regardless. When we contacted them, we were told that we could ask our bank to reverse the commission payment if wished, but we haven't done that. Hopefully we will receive a payment this month.
