direct debit set up and commission

i  would like to set up direct debit but i couldnt go through . and one of our guest cancelled reservation but charged me the commission . we are new owner so we dont know .

You need to contact the booking.com help team, as this is partner forum and cannot set this up for you.  If someone cancels or changes a booking make sure it is done fully on the booking.com system otherwise you will get charged commission.
