Good afternoon, I need to SPEAK with someone with regards to the above booking. My system indicates the guest has not paid for his forthcoming stay yet the cutomer has shown be proof he has. I sent a message before to Booking.com but did not receive the answer i was looking for. Please advise number I can CALL on.

You should already know if the guest has prepaid, as you would have had to set it up in extranet to begin with?
so yes or no did you enable Payments By Booking, so they prepay on booking?
