Disappointing poor service and support.
I have been with Booking.com for some time and have several property on the platform......and several more coming soon.
I recently received an email promo from Booking about the new way forward that would see the partnerships enhanced and the coming year being more partnercentric.
I am extremely disappointed that this does not seen to be happening.
I asked for the payout date of some of my properties to be monthly, instead of every 10 days. Bringing them in line with my other properties. I was simply told NO. no reason ....not even when I asked why not.
Now I have different properties on different policies.
While certainly regular payments work for some businesses. It does not work for mine. it makes consolidating finances at the end of the month very difficult. Surely a property should be able to choose.
I also referred 2 extra apartments to the program on the referral scheme but did not get the commission free bookings.
When i asked about this, I received an email saying not to worry, it was an automatic process and it will happen, I must just be patient. 3 months later, still nothing. Not even a mail saying why not.
Messages to Booking go unanswered. When you call them it takes ages to get a reply. The last time it took 15 minutes to get then to answer the call.
And all this is the service provided to a preferred partner.
Not very good at all.
