We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Discount offers

Booking regularly encourages owners to offer discounts to obtain bookings

Great idea

Which would be even more effective if booking.com discounted their commission charges by a similar rate.

Welcome to the Partner Only  Forum, addressing only us not BdC support team.

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.



Commission starts at X for a partner its only if you leverage programmes that this increases, such as visibility booster.

THere is a program i think stil lactive at the moment where if you pay invoices on time there is a cashback style incentive.


But I think it epically failed, as I saw an auto email last week telling me I got  a payout from it, ye t when i checked Finance - Docs, there was nothing to indicate it nor any payment in back account.
