Hello 

Need #urgent help 

I have some disputes regarding the stay . Guest was no show and since I was new to this portal I was charged commision  My due is today I need urgent help for a waiver .

For disputing commission on a reservation this is already facilitated, under Finance > Reservation Statements, .

 

Select the period if not recent, and then tick the box for Dispute commission amount.

Then a new button appears Dispute # reservation, click to continue to log.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
