I disputed reservation *** invoice due to a no show on 1/4/21 and I am still being notified of unpaid invoice.  Can you help?

Unfortunately , no, we partners cannot assist with account enquires and action requests.


We can only direct you to the features on extranet  that may help report it or a process that is available to use.


Did you submit it via the Reservation statement page, where you can tick a box next to the reservation to dispute? or have you messaged Partner Support?




Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
