Disputes and Invoices

Dear Support, Hope you are doing well. Our property has been suspended saying that there is an invoice ($1374) overdue since March 2021. But there is no reservation in the Jan to April 2021. All reservation were cancelled and we never charge any customer. So this invoice is wrong. Please issue us a credit note for that and release our property again. Please see the attached screenshot there is reservations in the month of March and February, all were cancelled. Thanks Accommodation number: *** Invoice number : *** Date: 3/3/21 USD 1,374.00

  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
