Double booking

A client has booked today through booking com. my place on the same dates that another client has booked earlier from another platform.

How can I cancel the today's booking without penalty?


I have my calendars synced and it doesn't always work. A BDC rep told me it can take up to 4 hours so I block on other websites manually, which is ok when you only have 1 room.

Synchronize works but you can’t always count on it. I only have one Studio so it’s easy for me to check out my reservations every time.
