Double commission charge

My commission is taken at source from my monthly payment. My September payment was paid into my bank as normal & then 5 days later they took the commission out again. I have sent the finance department 10 emails in the last 5 weeks and they have ignored me. I have telephoned them 3 times & no answer. I have also emailed & telephoned the partner help line who have escalated my complaint to finance on my behalf. The explanation I get is the finance department are taking 2 weeks to reply to partners and they say that a computer glitch was the problem. 2 days ago a friend of mine also a partner said the same thing had happened to her on her Invoice & they had taken the commission twice. Surely a computer glitch would have been fixed by now? Has this happened to anyone else? Is there something more sinister going on with this company? I haven’t had an apology, explanation or refund. What’s going on?

I have posted the same issue .  If more partners complain at least we get to know in here that this is going on .

I have received a response today that makes no sense whatsoever the English translation is complete gobbledegook.

If I receive no refund within 7 days from my complaint I will escalate the complaint .

It’s robbery .

Sally I have escalated the complaint, made an official complaint and made a report to the financial ombudsman. I contacted my bank this week and they have refunded the money under the direct debit guarantee. It still doesn’t excuse why I have had no response from the finance dept. I have Alamo cancelled my direct debit to BDC. There is no reason to have this in place as my commission is taken automatically. I had a message in my finance tab last night to say that my account was in debit from last months commission ( I presume from the refund from the bank ? ) and that  after the payout from November my account would still be in the red, I am exasperated. However once I’d logged out & then back in I couldn’t see the message. I’ll have to wait until the end of November to see what happens but I’m not hopeful. After this episode I’m seriously considering  withdrawing from the partnership.

Oh for goodness sake you have done everything then . It looks like I will have a battle on my hands .

I do get a lot of bookings through B.C but this is too much to have to contend with .

yes my bank account has been debited but still shows in the red and it’s already been deducted .

what are the financial ombudsman saying ?
