Double commission charge
My commission is taken at source from my monthly payment. My September payment was paid into my bank as normal & then 5 days later they took the commission out again. I have sent the finance department 10 emails in the last 5 weeks and they have ignored me. I have telephoned them 3 times & no answer. I have also emailed & telephoned the partner help line who have escalated my complaint to finance on my behalf. The explanation I get is the finance department are taking 2 weeks to reply to partners and they say that a computer glitch was the problem. 2 days ago a friend of mine also a partner said the same thing had happened to her on her Invoice & they had taken the commission twice. Surely a computer glitch would have been fixed by now? Has this happened to anyone else? Is there something more sinister going on with this company? I haven’t had an apology, explanation or refund. What’s going on?
