DUDAS CON EL PROCESO

Recien liste mi propiedad pero no me senti segura y la elimine de la plataforma. Se registro que los pagos por recibir eran en efectivo cosa que por seguridad no lo quiero, tambien me bloquearon todas las fechas de mi plataforma de ARbnb. Hoy tengo una reservacion de un invitado que no tengo idea quien es, como va a realizar el pago, en fin muchas dudas. Necesito que un representante me contacte.

‎DOUBTS WITH THE PROCESS ‎

‎Just list my property but I didn't feel safe and remove it from the platform. I recorded that the payments to receive were in cash which for security I do not want, also blocked all the dates of my ARbnb platform. Today I have a reservation from a guest who I have no idea who he is, how he will make the payment, finally many doubts. I need a representative to contact me. ‎

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
