Earlier check out and booking.com charges

Dear Customer Service,

I'm writing regarding my first case on booking.com. The guests booked from 9 December till 20 December, but they have to leave on 18 December, So instead of 11 nights they stayed 9 nights and they have paid for 9 nights. As it's impossible to charge them by credit card, there was cash payment. As far as I know, now booking will charge me for total 11 night. What can I do in cases like this?
