Eviivo and CVC codes

We've used eviivo without any problems for many years.  Every booking I receive through booking.com appears to come through without the CVC number resulting in us being unable to pre-auth the customer's card and also unable to charge the customer in the event of a no-show.  Has anyone else experienced this or managed to fix this?
