I am not able to view credit card details on some guest that Im able to charge for 1 night or the entire stay

For that I would advise speaking directly to the BdC support team on phone.

 

See Partner Help below , Contact Us and choose the phone number for your region.

 

No point using message option for something urgent like this.

 

It sounds like a new partner setup restriction. Can you do so for other guests?

Or is it just this one and you meant you cant charge at all versus partial?

"that Im able to charge for 1 night or the entire stay" sounds conflicting/oxymoron. hence the questions
