Extra costs

If a customer bookis into accomadation as a single guest at a single rate, and then they turn up with a partner, what do I do about that?



You charge them extra of whatever your additional person rate is.  Sometimes people accidentally book incorrectly and you should say as soon as they arrive that there seems to be a mistake.  Charge them cash if you don't take eftpos cards or bank transfer, that way no commission.
