extra guest that hasn't booked

3 guests have booked to stay at my property however there are 4 people staying there. What do I do about this? I don't mind 4 people being in there but I would like them to pay for the additional person as they have booked for 10 nights.

If you have set pricing per person, you are discounting - people take advantage of that by booking for 2 or 3, then turning up with more people.

All of our properties are priced for the whole property, regardless of whether it's 1 or 8 people staying. This way, we never lose money, only gain. We never have hassles, never get frustrated because additional guests have come and not paid. The majority of our guests are still couples

All you can do is ask them directly to pay the difference.

Or you could contact support team and have them ring the guest phone number to request it, but support may just turn around and say the same to you.


Now harm in trying either way.
