EXTRANET BUG! Unable to pay commissions by credit card... and ACCOUNT SUSPENDED!!!
For two weeks it is impossible to pay monthly commissions with a credit card. No doubt about credit card validity and funds. The Booking.com operator just confirmed that is a BUG of the Extranet.
Meanwhile, after a lot of extranet messages and the account manager never answering, booking.com has suspended the account!

1. what country are you in ?
2. did you actually have a CC option on the finance overview page t odo this, as many of us do not have this at all??
3. worst case you can use the public list link *** below to make contact.

I'm in the Dominican Republic where Booking has closed the office for a couple of years (great choice!)
Yes, I have the CC option and successfully used it for 5 years till 1 month ago!

My account manager is not answering. Booking answered to pay using bank transfer but it is very expensive from here (27% more as tax).
After 15 minutes of waiting time calling the USA number, it answered an operator from Croatia saying it is since several days there is this bug!
Really bad bad bad experience!
ah ok so at least its been reported already and they confirmed as a known bug and they are working on it.
