Facing Cancellation issue & nobody taking care of this in Goa India no any Executive here to coordinate from booking.com

Dear Booking.com Team,

Greetings for the day…!!!

 

My self Rishikesh, from Sameera Holiday Home, Goa India, My property ID is ***.

I have complaint now a days I’m facing cancellation issue & nobody taking care of this in Goa India no one here to coordinate with us from booking.com even we don’t have any customer care number where we can contact. as per our hotel policies guest can cancel booking free of charge 3 days before arrival, but last week one guest cancelled his 2 nights Non Refundable  booking at the day of checking & when we try to charge him so we not get his card details in our extra net, again same thing happened today the can booked for 14 nights he massage us his arriving timing but he cancelled his Non Refundable booking 2 days before there clearly mentioned in guest booking if gusset will cancel the booking he have to pay full amount of booking but same today also we not get guest card details so how can we charge to guest, we have request from booking.com team sort it out our this issue we will not bare this loss, otherwise unnecessary we will take high action against guests,

why booking.com not providing guest card details & nobody is here in Goa India from booking.com with whom we can talk about our issue, so please sort it out this as soon as possible.

Cancellations is a big problem for many partners maybe should make your policies more strict, as well as having non-refundable rates.

We are sorry to hear about your troubles with cancellations.  

 

Please make sure that credit card requirements are set up correctly in the Extranet, so when guest books Non-Refundable policy they will be required to provide the credit card details. It is also possible to set up a pre-athorization policy, for you to be able to check the validity of the guests credit card in advance.

You can check and set up this policies in your Extranet: "Property" tab - "Policies".
