Fake bookings

recently i am receiving too many bookings and they are all sending the same message of free booking cancellation. what can i do in this case

I think it’s best to send BDC a message reporting fake bookings through your Extranet inbox.

You'll need to change your booking policies to require at least a non-refundable deposit at time of booking AND have a system where you can actually take that money remotely.

Fake bookings will 99% disappear. (just the odd fake card remaining which you cancel anyway)

I use Payments by Booking.com and all bookings are non-refundable. I don't think I've had a single fake booking - almost everyone has turned up, and we've been paid for every booking.

I also have my payments made through BDC and have no problems.
