I think it’s better if you send feedback directly to BDC or call your local BDC office.

How do I get paid by BDC?   I cannot find the information in my BDC account.  One of my guests thinks she should pay me, but it doesn't say that on her reservation.  I am worried that I have not been collecting payment from my guests.  Can someone tell me where to find this information?  Thank you.
