Fault on Extranet Obtaining Guest Card Information
I'm on hold in a call centre queue trying to speak to someone at Customer Services about this... there appears to be a glitch on the Extranet where I cannot see guest card information - two bookings so far. Both due to arrive tonight. One I have already had to turn away as they refused to pay me directly, insisting that the card information had already been supplied to Booking. The second wants a late self check-in which I can do - but only if I have already received payment for the room. Any ETA on a fix on this?
