Finance department no response


We have a commission dispute, and some other questions about the commission calculation that seems to go wrong. We have been sending messages to booking now for over 6 weeks (!!!). The dispute is also still pending without any response. In the meantime we keep paying hundreds to thousands of euros on commission, to the company that doesn't even bother to reply to our messages! Tried to call a few times as well but after 60 minutes of waiting time.. yeah.. 


Does anyone have the same experience, or maybe a solution?

When you say sending messages are you doing this:

  • 1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  • 2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  • 3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  • Topic : Finance
  • Subtopic : xxxxxxx  

If you were only using the contact info under Finance Overview, I suggest doing above to trigger a case.

Many thanks for yours above. Unfortunately we have tried all options, without result still.. that's why we posted this message to see if there are more partners facing difficulties? I cannot imagine we are the only ones since the phonenumber places you in a waitingline of 60 min+





Yes other reporting similair and disimilar , but they never state the country or finish the partner profile so we ca nreally see where they are so as to know if its all in one country where the issue is or not. different regions have different offices and finance dept as far as I know.




I'm in the US and having payout problems and no response from the finance team as well.  I am only on my 1st week I can't afford to keep listing with them if I have to wait 6 weeks for payouts. I haven't received any payments since I liked my property in November 2020 and we are already in the middle of December. This is unacceptable as a major company.



  • temp change back to default of collect on arrival
  • or sending payment link
  • or getting CC details to charge
  • or ask for bank transfer.




My account has been setup on bank transfer they are blaming it on Stripe the credit card company. I have one more reservation with them and then I am removing my listing.  I am just getting the run around with customer service. Banking information and listing setup has been confirmed as ALL correct so I guess their only recourse was to blame it on an outsource, this is ridiculous.
