Finance Dept

Hi,

I'm having nightmare with Booking.com Finance.

Past 3 months, I'm trying to get someone from Finance dept to help with my commission calculation issue but no one is replying or calling.

All of sudden, €550 has been deducted from my bank account by Booking.com without any explanation or invoice.

As partner, I'm frustrated with Booking.com finance!!! They are just not replying or calling to solve the partner issue. Why?

Hi Kathy,

That sounds awful.

What happens when you ring them ?

are you ringing the general support phone or the finance team?

Normally the invoice section of the finance menu will show all PDFs for all transactions, have you reviewed the latest to see which one has same total on it for commission, commission + gateway % fee.?

They do not seem to have any form of finance notfications by email when these are generated nor when a payment is about to be taken.

It would be a simple thing for their engieneering team /webdevs to implement.

exactly which method are you using for rates & payout?

  • 1. Payments by BdC
  • 2. BdC VCC
  • 3. Direct from guest - Prepay and or on arrival.

Kind Regards

I called many times and the 1st line customer service put a note on my request as they are not involve with Finance issue. They informed me that someone from Finance would be calling me. Till today after 3 months, no one called. Meanwhile I have sent many message thru Booking.com, no reply too.

Even when I called the Finance team, no one will be answering the call.

This is a frustration being a partner, without support.

But the 1st line customer service is great I must say.

depending on country time zone difference you may not get them. Guessing here but what country are you in and what country code is the finance phone number in ?

I would work out the time difference and ring the finance number during busainess houtrs for their location.

www.timeanddate.com for conversion

THen I would keep rining them and not let up until i got speaking to someone.

Also the support team phoneline they should be able to also advise if and when they are open in relation to your location..

I cant believe those bellends never bother to think of that. seriously why are some people so thick when it comes to customer support.

*sigh*

I'm based in The Netherlands and Booking.com is in The Netherlands.

A big company like Booking.com should be able to provide a good support to partners, as Booking.com is also getting a commission on our business.
