First payment

My first guest checked out on Sunday but I cannot find any information on the amont I am due to be paid and when.  I have been on finance and looked through every tab but there is nothing giving me an amount to expect or date of when it will arrive? Can you help please?

That will be on the reservation detail page. and related info.


If you actually signed up for BdC Online payments or Payments by Booking, then I think its the Docs & Invoices or reservation statement view under finance that will show it.





If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thanks, I contacted them and apparently there is no information in finance section for pending payments only a date of next payment. They only put info in the finance section once you have been paid. As you say only info is in the reservation section.
