Forgot to no show

Dear team

I was got a mail on 2.01.2021 regarding booking invoice. But no booking was came to my hotel and when I check my extra net I got that information . This was happened because my android phone was not working at that time and just because of that booking made to my hotel on 11 dec 2020 and I did not get it. So I request you to kindly check it from the customer regarding checkin and pls delete the invoice, at this time no business is in this industry and that is a burden to me .

Since this is only a Partner Community and nobody can help you, you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox tab directly to booking.com.

Message or Call BdC Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
