Fraudulent bookings

I keep getting fraudulent bookings from Nigeria they never show up or communicate. and i still get invoiced for them. reaching Booking.com is impossible as emails and chats go unanswered.

Firstly, always mark non-arrivals as "no show" in Extranet within 48 hours of their booked arrival day, this is accessed under each individual booking. If you do this BDC will not charge you commission.

Another option is set your bookings so that a guest must pay a deposit or the entire amount before they check in. Can be with the reservation at time of booking or anything in between.
