Genius Guest cancelled their bookings on the booking.com site and we were still charged commission.
We have submitted disputes but they declined to accept. What should we do when genius guest cancel their bookings. We cannot charge credit cards that are not present. This in not allowed by our bank.
simply use the dispute option on the reservation statement list under finance menu.
