To get money from booking.com

 

My money for reservations in March has still not arrived, though today is 24th.

I have been writing to support services since the beginning of last week (April, 16th), but instead of an answer, where the money is and when they arrive I get only promises to find out the question. The same result when calling the support services.  They promised me to call back and answer, but I did not receive a call or a written reply. I still cannot even to reimburse my expenses.

I never had any single payment/finance problem with airbnb though I work with them for several years already. I regard booking.com performance in this case as disastrous.

And you will laugh, but yesterday booking.com  sent me a reminder with a demand to pay a commission, which I owe them. Not information where my money is! Believe it or not!

Usually the booking.com their commission when they transfer money to my account. The fact that the commission is still hanging up proves that they have not done any translation so far.

If you are getting paid because you use ‘Payments by Booking’, they should take out the commission from the money earned before they send it to you so I do not know why would they send you an invoice. Have you tried going to the ‘Finance>Financial Overview’ tab in the Extranet? There is a phone number from Invoicing department so you should try calling them to sort this out for you.

Same problem you cant get to speak to finance just someone who says they will pass on the details then you get no response.

They connected me with finance at last - no money. Only promices. Finally, I began to write to Ms.******* **** - the person who is in charge on all this mess.

After the first message - no reply, after second message I received a call from booking.com who connected me with finance department for new promices, and after the third message money came. On Monday the first message, on Friday morning - money came.

I am having the same problem, no payment since January. I am now owed a lot of money and I have tried everything. talked to about 20 different people. Even messaged the CEO. They say they are dealing with it. Meanwhile, they have had my commission, my guests have had a great time and I am out of pocket.

I am preparing an article for my friend who works for one of the big daily papers in England, he thinks it will make a good story. Big corporate against the little people!!!

- it was as useless as to speak with the Customer Service.

I have spoken to at least 20 different people even the CEO, left so many messages and nothing is making any difference

every month from 15th
sometimes the payment will done earlier and sometime late depend on season i think so
