To get money from booking.com
My money for reservations in March has still not arrived, though today is 24th.
I have been writing to support services since the beginning of last week (April, 16th), but instead of an answer, where the money is and when they arrive I get only promises to find out the question. The same result when calling the support services. They promised me to call back and answer, but I did not receive a call or a written reply. I still cannot even to reimburse my expenses.
I never had any single payment/finance problem with airbnb though I work with them for several years already. I regard booking.com performance in this case as disastrous.
And you will laugh, but yesterday booking.com sent me a reminder with a demand to pay a commission, which I owe them. Not information where my money is! Believe it or not!
Usually the booking.com their commission when they transfer money to my account. The fact that the commission is still hanging up proves that they have not done any translation so far.
