Getting Paid

So I signed up to host with booking.com 3 months ago, live near Heathrow airport so very busy.

long story short I’ve not been paid in 3 months by booking.com, after many many calls and emails all I get told by these robot call centre agents is there looking into it.

has anybody else had any issues begin to wonder how legit they are 




There is a few holes , missing info in that story , like how you receive payments, is BdC collecting prepayments and then paying out to your IBAN bank account.


I find a lot of people never use the search box above or the Solutions area and are just being extremely lazy.


That said, goto Finance menu then overview there is phone number for them , ring it and enquire.


Also under finance is invoices here you can view status and issues.
