getting paid

After numerous attepts of contacting booking.com accounts department and twice someone telling me they will contact me.... yet weeks have gone by and NOTHING.   No exclaimation of why I am not getting paid, from my previous guests £288.54 is due and the payment date keeps getting put back month anfter month


My account shows a minus £-1905 with no exclaimation, i have had no payments for nearly a year and i do not intend to open up till this gets resoved. Totally unprofessional Regards Castle street cottage - ruthin
