Getting paid by bank Transfer

I registered my property a few months ago, I had some reservations where customers checked in and out successfully, however, now I am trying to claim the money from booking.com by bank transfer but i dont know how I can do that. any help is appreciated,

Right first things first, to be crystal clear, when you add your Bank account and do nothing else related to payment method, zero , literally nothing will happen.

 

By default when a guest books, you adding your account has no association with a Guest making a reservation.

 

When you add your Bank account, the only time that becomes 'active' is when you sign up and get approval for  a service called 'Payments By Booking.

In other words those details are only for BdC to do a transfer to you, and not the guest.

 

Otherwise, when a guest books a reservation, you need to take direct payment, prepaid in advance or on arrival via a method you can provide.

 

 

So the concern now is you have had multiple reservations complete their stays, and did not pay you directly.

 

I have to assume that as you have not actually said you are using Payments By Booking.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
