Guest should have booked today but I am very sick. How can I give the guest his money back as soon as possible so that he can book something else today?

  • Simply open the Extranet in a web browser ,
  • Go to the reservation details page.
  • Send Message to guest of the intent
  • Now on right pane click request cancel
  • Choose option 2 (triggers full refund once guest confirms).
  • Wait for guest to click notification confirm link.
  • If they dont  ring BdC Support.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
