We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Greek VAT

Hello everyone. I'm trying to register my Greek VAT (which was registered before but I received a message that is invalid). It still says invalid. I connected with VIES site & there it's registered valid. What can I do?

Hello Thanks for flagging this problem. From what I managed to find out, it looks like some partners are facing this kind of difficulty. The good thing is that the product team is fully aware of the problem, and that our partners mention it in the Partner Community. So right now the team is working on the ways to solve it. It will probably take time.

So please let me know in the comments if you still see this problem after a few days.

I have exactly the same problem exactly and I am concerned that there is this deadline by the 1st of June, what should I do? My VAT is valid and yet your system claims that it is invalid.

reminder you are not addressing BdC management , nor BdC Support.

 

Only fellow partners who volutneer to help, and on occasion the BdC Community Team.

 

What should you do?

 

Learn the concept of patience of course, it wont be fixed over night.

Sergei clearly stated, the BdC communities team who occasionally monitor on here see the feedback etc and send it to the relevent department.

They are working on it, and you should retry in a few days.

 

Do not worry about a deadline for VAT info. No one expects you to have it done when the system cannot except the info.

 

In other words dont over think it.
