Guest amy have been charged twice

Guest made booking with payment being held in VCC

Guest checked in I did not see that the paymengt had been made this way, I charged the guest in the office.using eftpos. Same CC was used for both payment for the VCC

If I mark that the guest has paid in full on his profile, will the guest be charged with VCC?

or 

Can I leave it and all is good?

You just need to speak to PArtner Support to cancel their transaction or after confirming payment received by BdC , cancel yours.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
