I have a guest for the third time in my house, this person is unpleasant and with very strange behaviors.He makes his payments through credit card to booking  My question is how can I prevent this person to make any reservations for more dates in my house. please your kind support.  Kind Regards, Ivone

open their details page, click Report guest, fill out and tick the box to prevent them from future bookings.


Note: if they register a new account on another email address it should bypass this 



Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
