Then simply go ahead and do it, in most scenarios you will have access to do this.
Open their details page, and use the change dates feature on right.
However if that is greyed out then you or the guerst can ring BdC to request change.
As Host:
Message BdC support via extranet and include the reservation and the old and new dates.
If check-in date is with in next 48 hours , then phone them , see guide below.
