Guest cancelled last minute
I have last minute reservation for today November 30. Then again at 3 p.m. check in time, guest emailed to cancel the reservation. I declined to waive fees.
Please advice what is the next process so Booking will not charge me. Since it is last minute cancellation, I cannot press the cancellation button.

Yes you cannot cancel so close to checkin time and you need to call BDC support - they will contact they guest and sort out the cancellation. GL
